All orders are shipped via UPS. Deliveries can be made to street
addresses only. No P.O. Box drops. UPS cost is calculated
automatically by Shipping Address and Weight of the items
ordered. Several options are available during the checkout
process:

for larger orders. Delivery time to addresses in the Southeast
is generally one or two business days; to the North, three
or four business days; to the Midwest, five or six business
days; and to the West, seven or eight business days. Delivery
times are very reliable, and packages are insured and trackable.

3-Day Select guarantees delivery anywhere in the country
by the end of the third business day after shipment. Insured

by the end of the second business day after shipment. Insured

Next Day Air Guarantees delivery anywhere in the country
by 10:30 AM the next business day after shipment. Insured

Shipping is available through UPS Worldwide Express.

and confirmation occurs instantly online. Or you may mail your payment to us
in the form of check or money order. Shipment will be held until payment is
confirmed.

Guarantee and Return Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all your purchases from JerkyJoe.com Merchandise
may be returned for credit or exchange only (no refunds), if returned in new,
unopened condition within fifteen (15) days of purchase.
Out-of-Stock-Items Policy
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately
(please provide a phone number, fax number, or e-mail address
when ordering). Our policy is to allow you to either substitute
an in-stock item for the out-of-stock item, or you may choose
to have the out-of-stock item shipped separately to you when
it is available.
